This project began in mid-February 2016 and was completed in early April 2016. It involved adding a new main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, another bedroom, a double garage and also a front portico.
Clarke Custom Homes was also able to extend the main living area and remove some walls to open up the home. The front fence was also extended and the old section of fence was altered to give the house good street appeal which is a really important factor in increasing your property’s value.
