This project began in June 2016 and was completed on time for handover in late September. The house was a run down 1970’s home in desperate need of repair. Whilst keeping the main roof in place, Clarke Custom Homes was able to relocate many of the internal walls and external window openings to create a free flowing modern open plan home.
The home was stripped back to its bare walls and all the ceilings were replaced. The owners requested a high end finish with a Hamptons inspired fit-out.
