Completed at the end of 2014, this home extension turned a pokey 1970’s house into a modern and spacious home for a growing family.
Clarke Custom Homes added a living room, theatre, entrance hall, alfresco and a new double garage with a store room. There was even enough roof space to create a storage attic. Our team was able to protect the existing house from being damaged while replacing the entire ceiling and changing the roof cover from tiles to a new colorbond roof. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the owners were able to celebrate Christmas and the holiday season in their new home.
