This project began in early March and was finished mid-April 2017. It took under 35 days to complete the job, which was important to the client who continued living in the house during construction.
The project involved designing a staircase that would sit comfortably in the existing house whilst giving access to the new living area upstairs. This style of extension is very popular for couples that have a growing family and want to create some additional space for themselves. The upstairs addition included a new master bedroom 5m x 5m, a generous sized ensuite and a walk in robe. The addition also included an extra living area with room for seating and another television. After living in their extension the owners commented that it was like living in a luxury hotel.
