Turn Underused Space Into a Valuable Extension

The existing home was being underused in the front half of the building so Clarke Custom Homes devised a plan to utilise the wasted space. It involved opening the front of the house up with a new bi-fold door which came out onto a new front deck that adjoined the new fully enclosed grassed play area for the client's children.

This project also included a new kitchen which was extended, a large internal living area which opens up to meet the new front deck, a new master bedroom with ensuite, laundry and home office area. This extension was a big success and the home owners now have a home that is highly functional and very comfortable.
