This project began in late January 2016 and was handed over in early April 2016, 29 days ahead of schedule. It involved adding a new double garage with store room, a new master bedroom with ensuite, a new main bathroom and living area. This was all done whilst the owners were able to live in another part of the house.
Clarke Custom Homes was able to add this substantial addition to this property and make it seem as though it was always there, blending the old with the new. In addition to the extension a new brick boundary fencing was built.
The owners received the home they always wanted.
